Terms of use
Last updated: May 14, 2026
These terms govern installing the ProctorUZ desktop app, downloading it for free from Microsoft Store, and using it during exam sessions.
Using the service
The ProctorUZ desktop app is provided free for exam participants. Institutions use Proctor.uz under a separate subscription or service agreement.
The app must be used only with authorized exam links, launch tokens, and assessment workflows provided by the exam organization.
Exam rules and permissions
Users must make sure camera, microphone, screen recording, and internet connection are ready before the exam starts.
During an exam, the app may apply fullscreen or locked exam mode and flag unauthorized windows, external monitors, or other cheating signals.
Prohibited conduct
Users may not share launch tokens, bypass security restrictions, use devtools or reverse engineering to disrupt controls, take an exam for someone else, or block evidence capture.
Violations may lead to session review, identity blocking, removal from the exam, or disciplinary procedures by the exam organization.
Evidence and audit
Users accept that camera snapshots, screen evidence, identity results, timestamps, and proctoring event metadata may be recorded for exam security.
Audit results may not be the only basis for grading or disciplinary decisions; the exam organization applies its own review process.
Availability, liability, and updates
Proctor.uz works to keep the service reliable, but does not guarantee uninterrupted operation when issues come from internet access, devices, OS permissions, or third-party LMS platforms.
The app and these terms may be updated from time to time. Material changes will be posted on the official website or app distribution channels.
Termination and governing terms
The exam organization or Proctor.uz may restrict session access or service use for security, compliance, or agreement violations.
Governing law and dispute resolution are defined by the organization service agreement or applicable law.
